John for Model Number GE GSH25KGPA Hello, My refrigerator model #GE GSH25KGPA (GE two sided) has problem of warming the fridge side, but the freezer side is cooling or works fine. I have already changed the defrost thermostat, which worked fine for about a month and then continued the same problem (Freezer cool and fridge warm). I had to turn the fridge off wait 8 hours and turn back on and it works fine for about a month and then goes back to same problem. I wonder if the problem is with temperature sensor or defrost heater. Please help me. Thank you.
Answer Hello John. You will need to check the damper assembly for the fresh food side. If it is good, then go to the temp sensor. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
