Jason D for Model Number GE GSS25XSQA SS I have an issue with my freezer defrosting too long. The ice cream will thaw, ice cubes will melt and water will run everywhere, then the freezer will return to the correct temperature. This cycle repeats itself everyday. I have already replaced the defrost thermostat and that did not work. Thank you for any help.
