Answer Joe, You will want to check to make sure that the damper assembly is not damaged. If the door is staying open then this will cause items in the refrigerator section to freeze. If it is just the milk freezing then you will want to check to make sure that it is not sitting in front of the damper door which would cause freezing issue. Read More...
