Answer

Lisa, A couple of things you want to check first : Open the freezer door, can you feel the air movement from the evaporator fan blowing towards you ? The fan could be stuck in a slow or no rotation. Is there ice or frost built up on the back wall of the freezer compartment ? That would indicate a defrost issue, and would also restrict the air flow/movement. In the upper left hand corner of the refrigerator Reach up and see if you can feel some air movement through the damper grille, the damper could be malfunctioning or blocked with ice or frost. Thanks and Good Luck.
