Answer

Robert, First check and make sure both doors close and seal properly, especially along the bottom of the doors. As long as you have access to the heater, check and look for any discoloration or soot inside the glass tube especially near the rubbed covers on the end of the tube. Make sure there aren't any articles on the shelves or against the walls that would/could trap or redirect the air flow, or block the return air cover/tunnel. A long shot, check the defrost drain tube in the back of the refrigerator, if it has come loose or moved out of position, it could be sucking warm air from under the refrigerator and causing the bottom coils to ice over. If all's OK, then suspect the defrost timer WR9X489 / WR9X489.
