Ruby H. for Model Number PFS22SBSBSS Fridge not getting cold, was told the damper needs to be replaced and we replaced it, did't make a difference. Is the sensor in the fridge in the top of fridge and how do we get to the sensor to replace it?
Answer Ruby, the WR55X10025 fresh food thermistor is located in the left wall of the fresh food compartment. The freezer thermistor is located in the right wall of the freezer compartment. To remove the thermistor cover, insert a fl at-blade screwdriver under the front of the cover and gently lift the bottom edge until it releases from the compartment wall.
