D. , Remove power to the refrigerator and turn the water supply to the refrigerator off. Remove the front kickplate/grille at the bottom of the refrigerator. Disconnect the john guess coupler on the water line( press in on the collar surrounding the water tube and pull out on the tube) on the tube to the door, not the cabinet, disconnect the wiring harness coupling. Remove the cover on the upper hinge(1 screw) remove the three hinge mounting screws and remove the hinge from the door cam. Open the freezer door a few inches, lift up and away from the refrigerator cabinet until the water tube clears the hinge. Set the door on a padded flat surface. Reverse the procedure to install the door back on the refrigerator.
