Nicky, The readings that you are getting would be fine. If the coils are completely impacted with ice then the issue will likely be the thermistor which would have a reading of 42.2K ohms at 0 degrees. If the resistance is not correct then the thermistor is bad and if it checks ok then the issue will be a main board. If the coils only have a little frost across the top then this would be a possible sealed system issue which would need a servicer.
