Gladys Hello, last year GE replaced the compressor. I also replaced the inverter that i got from your company. A few days ago my milk went bad, I didn't think nothing of it since everything else in the fridge was cold but, a few days later I see the temperature of the freezer and the fridge were high and I put them to recommended temperatures and they would not stay at the numbers I pressed on. The fridge part is now at 55 the freezer is at 12 but, the freezer side is working and cold, nothing has defrosted so I don't get it. I hear the fan in the fridge when I close the door or press the door button as if to close the door but, I'm not feeling any cold come from the Lil vent from the freezer side that is on the left side of fridge panel. I feel a Lil cold from the back of the interior wall where there is a bracket but it's not getting cold like it should. What can it be? I have a GE monogram zfsd25dxcss thank you
Answer Gladys, This issue would most likely be caused by either a thermistor that is faulty which the thermistor can be tested for resistance of 5K ohms at room temp.
