Hello John, You should first check for a frost build-up on the back wall of the freezer compartment. This would indicate a defrost issue. There is one temperature sensor located in the fresh food compartment behind the louvered sensor cover. Some are located in a hidden cover at the top of the shelf track. This is normally located about halfway up the fresh food wall. There will be a sensor in the freezer at the top right of the evaporator cover and there is one in the evaporator compartment where the Freon lines come into the back wall.
