Rob for Model Number PS123SGRB Both freezer and refrigerator have stopped cooling. The control panel on top of refrigerator side has no info, and won't reset. Both sides have the lights working. Is the control panel. or the temperature sensor the issue?
Answer Rob, You will want to go to the main control board and test at the J4 connector from the red to black wire and see if there is 12vdc.
