Matteo for Model Number GE GSH22JFTAWW I am having a problem with my refrigerator. The freezer doesn't seem to hold temperature. It's set on 5 on the display and the temperature was on 0*F most of the time but lately, it goes up to 15°F to 20*F. The ice cubes are frozen together and I can see ice cream containers not as cold as usual. A technician came today but didn't do much. He just told me it is probably the motherboard or sensor. Could it be the sensor or the main board? Thanks
Answer Hello Matteo, This can be an issue with the temperature sensors WR55X10025 or the main board WR55X10942C but the main board should not be considered unless the sensors have been tested first. Also, make sure the fans are running at full speed and the frost pattern is good. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Tuesday, July 31, 2018
