Justin for Model Number PSS25MGNABB The fans on both the freezer and fridge sides are not running. I changed the circuit board a few years ago. I have been using surge protector's since then. The condenser fan is running all the lights on both sides work. Compressor is not hot to the touch. Just slightly warm. Just enough to tell its on. I can feel a slight vibration. The fan and assembly at the top of fridge was replaced. Thermostat was replaced. Do you think the board is gone?
Answer Hello Justin, the main control board WR55X10942C powers the fans. Suggest you check the freezer evap coils for excess frost build-up that may have blocked the evap fan from turning, if there is no frost build-up and the compressor is running, likely the sealed system has a problem.
