Ron for Model Number ZIC360NRHRH The freezer compartment is not defrosting. After totally thawing out the refrigerator for a couple of days, the refrigerator works fine. But in couple of weeks, it sometimes goes down to -20 in the freezer and 50 in the upper part. Ice then builds up in the freezer. I have 2 new temperature sensors, but how do I find where to replace them. This model has a lower freezer compartment so the video does not show where the sensors are.
