Angela for Model Number CSCP5UGXCFSS The freezer is working fine, but the temp fresh food side varies by shelf. The top is around 42 degrees but the bottom is 35. What would be the cause of this? The temp of the ff side is 37 according to the digital display on the appliance itself. Thanks.
Answer Angela, Thanks for the question!!! There could be several causes. The first thing to check is to verify the evaporator fan WR17X12490 is running. If so you will want to check the coils for an abundant amount of frost which would indicate a defrost issue.
