Sara, there is a repair video on the defrost heater WR51X10131 page that can be used as a reference for accessing where the defrost drain starts. This can get clogged up by dust in the compressor section behind the appliance and it would need to be cleared using hot tap water. The tap water can be applied through the evaporator drip pan with a turkey baster to reduce the mess that the water will cause. Once the center hole is reached, it would need to be cleared until the water drains down without a delay.
