Jose for Model Number pss25ngww I keep setting the temperature for this refrigerator at 37 as recommended, but it goes lower like about 5 to ten degrees cooler. I need help any ideas? thank you.
Answer Hello Jose. You will need to test the temperature sensor WR55X10025. It should read around 10k ohms at 77°. If it is bad, you will need to replace the sensor. If all the sensors are testing good, then the control kit WR49X10095 will need to be replaced. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter.
