Greg, The fresh food thermistor (you may have 2) is located behind/inside the oval shaped grille located on the left wall of the fresh food compartment, carefully pry the grille loose from the liner, Good Luck

Hi Greg, you should look for the cover WR02X10647 on the side walls of the fresh food side. You will snap the cover off and the sensor should come out as well. Hope this helps!
