Melissa for Model Number PFS22M1SBWW Freezer does not cool below 13 degrees unless you don't use it for week. Fridge will go from 35 to 43 during the course of the day. I was told to change the sensor in the fridge and freezer. Are they under the small oval covers on the side wall of freezer and top interior wall of fridge? Or are they somewhere else? What is your diagnosis if it is not the AP3185407. Melissa
Answer Hello Melissa. It does not pan out to replace the sensor if the unit works after setting for a week. I would check the fan motors on the unit and make sure they are good.
