Carlg for Model Number GE GSS25JFP I have ordered a new evaporator motor and am installing it. The thermistor has two wires that have to be put into the evaporator motor connector (quite a job--I just now read your suggestion about wire nuts). There does not seem to be any marking on them that distinguishes them and I'm not totally sure I put them back in the same order. My question is: does it make a difference which wire from the thermistor goes into which position of the connector? I have installed the evaporator motor and it is not turning. Would a wrong wiring of the thermistor prevent the evaporator motor from working? If not, what else could be wrong with the refrigerator? It has stopped cooling. I replaced the motor because it had obviously failed--it was just barely turning. Thanks!
