Hello Jeremiah, You should check to make sure that your evaporator fan is working properly. An inefficient or not working fan motor will cause the freezer temperature to rise. Also check to make sure that you are getting complete defrost. A partial defrost will also cause higher temperatures. Your evaporator thermistor should read 42.5K ohms at 0 degrees and 14K at 37 degrees. Make sure that condenser fan is running and that the condenser coils are clean. Also check to make sure that there is nothing blocking the vents.
