Tony W. for Model Number PSS25MGNA CC A repair man was fixing my water dispenser and the interior lights in the top of the refrigerator stopped working. He said it had timed out because the door had been open so long. That was 5 hours ago and they are still not coming on. The lights near the crisper are working. I checked the bulbs to be good. Is there a reset button for when it times out or do I have a different problem?
Answer Hello Tony, Sounds like the technician left the door opened too long without unplugging it. The circuit will get hot and this can cause one of the sockets to over heat and lose connection. If the repair man was from a company that warrants its' work, you should call and see if they will come back and repair the mistake. Read More...
