Hello Joi, You may want to check to see if the back wall of the freezer has frost building up on it. It may be necessary to remove the back cover to check. If the evaporator coils have heavy frost build up then you will need to check your defrost thermostat WR50X10068 and defrost heater WR51X10101 for continuity. If they both check out ok then you would need to replace the evaporator thermistor WR55X10025 and control board WR55X10942C.
