Hello Cheryl, You will want to check to make sure that you are not getting frost on the back wall of freezer which would restrict air flow and cause cooling issues. If there is frost then you would want to do a continuity test on the defrost heater WR51X10055 and defrost limiter WR50X10068. If these check ok then you would want to replace the defrost thermistor WR55X10025 and control board WR55X10942C. If the unit does not have frost on the back wall you will want to check to make sure that compressor is running. If not running then you will want to unplug unit and check the relay on the side of the compressor. If it rattles then the relay is bad and needs to be replaced. If the fans and the compressor are not running at all then unplug unit for 20 seconds and then plug back in. If unit starts then replace the control board.
