Hello Benigno. You will need to check and see if there is a defrost problem with the refrigerator. Look for frost build up on the back freezer wall. If so, you will need to test the heater WR51X10101 and thermostat WR50X10068 and make sure they are good. They should read closed for continuity when cold. If they are good, and there is a defrost problem, you will need to change the main control board WR55X10942C. You can test this with a multi-meter MA-DM1. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter.
