Hello Jeff. You will need to check and see if the temp sensor is bad in the unit. You will want to do a resistance check on the thermistors in your unit. The thermistors should read a resistance of 62K ohms at 0 degrees, 24.48K ohms at 37 degrees and 10K ohms at 77 degrees.... more If outside of range then replace the thermistors. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
