Steve for Model Number pss25sgnabs On the refrigator side it won't stay at desired temp..37°. It freezes the food. I have cleaned the coils. Still not working right. How do I know if its the damper or thermistor?? Thanks
Answer Hello Steve. You can test the thermistor on the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
