Don for Model Number DDE7108V When we select the Automatic, Perm Press & Knit side of Cycle Selector, the dial does not advance nor shuts off automatically - it keeps running. Have cleaned connectors and area but problem still exists. Can u provide a reason or solution? Thank you.
Answer Don, You want to check and make sure the exhaust venting and hood is clear, has no kinks, or clogs. Check and see that there are no lint clogs, in the duct under the filter or in/on the blower wheel. You may want to dry a small load on the auto cycle with the vent disconnected from the dryer.
