Rob for Model Number wpsq4160t5ww The cycle knob and plate below it just spins. It will not click onto any selected cycle. Don't know if the "teeth" are worn out. The knob assembly will not pop off. Does the whole assembly need to be replaced? Does the panel have to be taken off to disassemble the knob from the inside? Thank you
