Bob S. for Model Number wjrr4170g2ww This washer does not spin or pump out the water. It will agitate but not pump out. Last time I used it when the washer had stopped agitating I opened it up and was moving some thing around in it and it made a loud noise so I closed the top. After that it would not work. Any ideas what is wrong with it?
Answer Hello Bob, This sounds like you need to check the drain pump WH23X10030. If it is getting voltage and no debris is in it between the tub and the pump, (inlet side), you will need to verify that the impeller is not damaged.
