Bill for Model Number GTDP180EDOWW Our dryer is less than 3yrs old, the timer knob can be turned completely around but will not engage, the start button also can not be pushed in. Is this a problem with the timer motor???
Answer Bill, On the timer knob not engaging to move the dial to the desired selection then the issue would most likely be with the knob. As far as the push to start switch not engaging to start the unit then the issue will be with the start switch which would need to be replaced. Read More...
