Jose for Model Number DBSR453EB3WW Could the "timer resistor" make the dryer not heat?? disconnected wires i get no measurement on meter. I have checked Both Heating Elements and the 4 thermostats and they all have resistance.
Answer Hello Jose. The resistor shouldn't prevent the unit from heating. Ohm out the timer resistor WE4M255 and it should read around 4500 ohms. If not, replace the resistor. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
