Robin for Model Number DHDSR46EG6WW Dryer is 2 years old and won't start (totally dead). I have 120/240 AC Voltage on the Terminal Block. I have continuity on the Door Switch (when pressed) and Thermal Fuse. No continuity on the Timer Resistor and no AC Voltage on the 2 black wires coming from Timer Motor. Therefore, should I replace the Timer Resistor and will it fix the problem.
Answer Hello Robin. Ohm out the timer resistor WE4M255 and it should read around 4500 ohms. If not, replace the resistor. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
