Tom for Model Number WJRR4170G0WW My machine will go through the wash cycle but will not drain or spin even though the timer continues to tick and the dial continues to move. Does this sound like a timer issue? Thanks!
Answer Hello Tom. No, it does not sound like the timer. You will need to check the drain pump and the lid switch on the unit. Either if bad, will cause the issue your having. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
