Steph Hi. I have a broken pull knob. If I twist the ring that lies under knob I can start machine, knob itself turns but doesn't grasp onto anything. The machine cycles, but has water at the end, and I think it shuts off before it finishes. I don't think it turns all the way on the inside to where it should. When I think I'm starting the machine, could it be halfway thru a cycle already from the previous wash on the innerworkings? What parts do we need?
