Doug for Model Number WJRR4170G0WW I have a G.E. Top load washing machine that works great untill it gets to the drain and spin cycle. Then it stops right there and something hums. I can bump the dial up manully and it will finish the load. It does this in all the wash modes on the dial. My first thought was the timer so i bought one from your mail order store. I installed it an it still does the same thing . Now I'm out 100.00 bucks and its still not fixed. Help me please doug.419-722-6528
Answer Hi Doug. It sounds like the water valve cold water hose or inlet screens are plugged and not letting in any cold rinse water. If the valve is humming. Remove fill hoses and flush out into a bucket at full stream to make sure they are not clogged. Check the inlet valve screens as the cold clogs more. If you need a water valve, the part # isWH13X10027. It is a triple water valve used to blend (mix) water temps immediately for filling. Automatic temperature circuit. It would not be a timer control as it does it on all cycles. Thank You. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Wednesday, November 9, 2011
