El for Model Number GHWP1000M0WW Washer functions properly (fills, agitates, drains and shuts off) until it reaches to Rinse & Soak cycle. In this cycle the washer either fill with a little bit of water and spin for 1 minutes then stops or no water fills at all. The timer is still on and arrow is still moving. When the arrow reaches to Drain and Spin cycle, the washer drains no matter there is water or not but it doesn't spin. So clothes are still wet at the end of washing cycle. The washer was making noise but not spinning at all. I checked the pressure switch and tube and they seem fine (they were replaced last year). I also re-set the washer 2 times. Removed the main switch and put it back in to ensure they were in place. Thanks for your help.
Answer El, For this issue it sounds like it would most likely be caused by a faulty timer on the unit. The part number for the timer is WH12X10478. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Friday, June 16, 2017
