Bryant for Model Number GTWN3000MOWS In the wash cycle everything works good (different water levels work good... now that I replaced the plastic tub and the air flow hose that was clogged!), but in the rinse cycle it only fills to about the small load level then agitates for 10 seconds and moves on. The pump pumps the tub dry before it goes into the rinse cycle. Everything seems to be working fine except for the rinse cycle. Could this be a WH12X10478 timer issue? Thanks, Bryant.
Answer Bryant, No it's not likely a timer issue, it actually sounds "normal". On "E" style washers(energy star) in order to meet and maintain DOE standards, the rinse cycle fill level is reduced and is automatically cold water(unless you have a warm water option), " The minimum fill volume is 9 gallons. The water level measures approximately 7½ inches (6 holes) above the bottom of the basket. The maximum fill volume is 22 gallons.
