Answer Doug, it would be recommended that the front panel is removed and the drain pump WH23X10030 is tested for 120VAC during the drain cycle. If it is receiving voltage and is not draining, it has failed. If it is not receiving voltage, the timer WH12X10478 would need to be tested for 120VAC at the black wire found on pin 16. If there is voltage, there is a break in the wire that would need to be located and repaired. If there is not 120VAC, then the timer has failed and would need to be replaced.
