William, You will want to test the pump to make sure that it is getting 120vac when the unit is calling for draining. If it is getting 120 vac then you will need to make sure that there is nothing clogged in the pump that would cause the unit to not drain. If this checks ok then you would want to replace the pump. If the pump is not getting power then you would want to replace the timer.
