Dawn H for Model Number jsp46bod2bb My inner door burst into pieces when I was taking food out of the oven and a drip from the food hit the door. Now trying to replace this but is this a problem with this door? When it is made for high heat and moisture why would it have burst the way it did?
Answer Dawn, The thermal temperature difference between the glass and the food is what would cause the door glass to break. Even though the glass is designed for higher temps, a temperature of something boiling hitting something that has cooled a little will cause this issue. Read More...
