Leeann for Model Number Wm3987hw I have an LG true balance front load washer and it will not fill up with water the water makes it to the the drain where you can unscrew at the bottom but it doesn't make it any further than that it will not go into the drum what do I need to look at or test to see what is wrong with it
Answer Leeann, if water is being sent into the tub but the water level does not rise, this would indicate that the drain hose going into the drain stand pipe is set too far into the stand pipe. This can cause a vacuum effect that will draw water out of the tub when it is filling.
