Jake B Laughlin , NV March 16, 2025 Appliance: LG Washer WM8100HVA/00 Washer not draining and drain pump making rattling noise I replaced the drain pump. Under visual inspection after removal, I could see that the impeller on the drain pump was cracked and the impeller shaft was loose. The video for the process was helpful, and the work went fairly smoothly, taking an afternoon to complete. A suggestion that helped also was to take a couple of photos of the installed pump assembly prior to disconnecting any lines or removing it. Read More...
