Hello John, This can sometimes be changed from inside the dryer by simply opening the door to access it. There should be two screws holding the assembly in place. When removed and pulled out, the two wires should be accessible to remove at this point. Be sure not to let the wires drop inside the unit and connect them to the new part 4930EL2003B. Re-assemble in the reverse order from the disassembly.
