Ben K for Model Number LG washer Mod.WM2077CW sn.:506KW00240 Got error code OE (clean filter) at rinse cycle. Cleaned filter and restarted new cycle. Machine filled but only buzzed and would not start revolving. The drum turns freely by hand and makes no bearing noise. There have been no unusual noises until now. The sound is a fast buzz and knocking. No other error codes have displayed. Suspect motor or start control problem. Any ideas?
Answer Ben, You will need to check the door latch to make sure that it is locking and not hanging up causing the noises.
