Bryan for Model Number Lg dishwasher. My LG dishwasher is not powering up. I tested the old noise filter and there was no continuity on the middle terminals. I purchased a new one and installed , but I still have no power. I just check and the middle terminals on the new one have no continuity. Should they? Or is my new noise filter faulty. (0n 6201ec1006t) Or could it be something else ?
Answer Hello Bryan, the center tap is not used on the line noise filter so it will not show continuity, at this point you would need to check for 120v getting to the noise filter then out of the noise filter, then follow the wires to the main control board and again check for 120v going into the main control board, check the board for any signs of shorts or burn marks.
