Answer Bob, the lid will need to be lifted up to access the hinge panel. The hinge panel can be removed using a small flat screwdriver. Once it is removed, there will be three screws holding the hinge in place that will need to be removed to allow the hinge to slide away from the mount, allowing it to be removed and replaced.
