Michael J. for Model Number LDS5040WW hi, I recently received micro Switch 3W40025L and the replacement switch does not have the metal bar on the side with roller wheel at end (extend about 1/2" past end of switch) that rests on the vario motor cam. I dont see how the new switch will activate although the chat agent says this is the correct replacement part. the old switch has stamped part # VPS33A-5FR not sure how to proceed? This bar is needed to get to the cam shaft . When the shaft turn , the cam will push on this bar that will then push on the red button on the micro switch .
