Mary for Model Number ken more elite model 795.74043.411 My refrigerator stopped working, called in technician and they replaced, condenser and compressor, technician turned on and left, an hour later the refrigerator was not cooling at all bottom or top, and refrigerator gave an Er rf message, called them back and they said that part was not under warranty want to know what I need to order and change. Answer Mary, The er RF will be a freezer evaporator fan error. You will want to remove the rear wall of the freezer and check to make sure that the fan is plugged in and if it is then test to see if there is 12vdc getting to it.
