Jason for Model Number Kenmore Elite 79572053111 Both compartments are 65 degrees, I ran the diag and the fans are coming on in both compartments. The compressor and fan are coming on but the coils in front of the fan are room temp. Please help.
Answer Jason, it would be recommended that the condenser coils in the compressor section are inspected for dust build-up. If there is excess dust, it would need to be cleaned. If there is not, and there is not a frost pattern on either of the evaporators, then there is a sealed system issue that would require a freon certified technician to properly diagnose and repair.
